Joshua 24:15, “… Choose today whom you will serve. But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.”
“Are you a fair-weather fan or a full-on fan of Jesus.”
Full-on fans are crazy loyal. Win or lose, franchise player out with an injury, season-ending turnover – it doesn’t matter, real fans stick with the team. They get constant updates about the players, the coaches, the scouting reports. In fact, they often revolve their lives around the team’s schedule: the games, the training camps, and, hopefully, the playoffs. They’re all in all the time!
The time and energy you invest in something shows your loyalty. Loyalty is lived out in consistency. What kind of loyalty are you showing to God? Are you building your life around Christ and his church or are you trying to squeeze them in when you have time?

Sunday happens every week, so there should be no question about where you need to be! It’s time to move from fair-weather fan to full-on, crazy-loyal fan! You’ll never experience the best God has for you unless you go all in!
Write down the bulleted list above. Then, honestly answer the questions. Make being at church this Sunday a priority and then join us at Table Talk. We can help you get started in serving, tithing and more!
God, I’m ready to move from fair-weather to full-on fan! Give me fresh eyes for my schedule and the courage to say, “No” to the things dividing my loyalty. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen!
